Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT - Read Carefully. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are an agreement between you and us, the Seoul Bucket PH (SBPH) Shop. By accepting these T&Cs, you agree to be bound by the terms of these T&Cs. If you do not agree to the T&Cs, then please do not proceed submitting an order form. Thank you. ♥
GROUP ORDER (GO)
Seoul Bucket PH opens a GO for merch/items that are on pre-order period and any other merch/items that are still available to purchase. All ordered merch will be delivered to our Korean Address (KR) then will be shipped to us here in Philippines (PH).
Seoul Bucket PH also opens a GO for non Korean merch/ items. These GOs will be ordered and shipped directly from the merch/item's site/ origin country to PH.
BUYERS / CUSTOMERS
As a buyer/ customer, it is your responsibility to read and understand every single word stated in each order form- from the terms and conditions, product details, payment details up to the last word in the form. It is your responsibility to provide true, correct and complete details to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free transaction with us.
Filling-up and submitting the order form means you understood every single word written therein and joining a GO means you understand that your orders will take some time to be in your hands and you will patiently wait for it.
Additional Note for Minor Buyers/ Customers
For buyers/customers under 18 years of age, please make sure to ask permission from your parents/ guardians before submitting an order form.
Please explain to them carefully and in a good manner that you want to order items from us and those merch/goods will be shipped from out of the country, so items will take time to arrive here in Philippines.
DELIVERY AND ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
Seoul Bucket PH shall not be held liable for any losses, delays and damages caused by the couriers. We shall not be liable for any defects or missing items/inclusions caused by the KR/US manufacturers especially if the items are completely sealed. Please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control.
Estimated Time of Arrival or ETA, from the word itself, estimated, means no exact time and date can be given because everything is under courier’s control.
International Courier’s ETA – From Korea (KR) to Philippines (PH)
ETA of packages shipped from KR to PH under Normal ETA usually arrives four to five weeks after the International Courier’s pick up of the boxes from our KR Address while Fast ETA arrives one to two weeks. Normal ETA’s shipping method is via Sea Cargo while Fast ETA’s shipping method is via Air.
Seoul Bucket PH shall not be held liable for any delays or damages incurred while items are being shipped from item's country of origin to PH. Delays usually happens during peak seasons, holidays and any other unforeseen circumstances that cannot be controlled.
International Courier ETA does not include the packing and shipping from us to you. Packing and Shipping of each of your orders will take another one to two weeks depending on how many orders/ items we need to pack and ship at the time.
Local Courier’s ETA – From SeoulBucketPH Address to Buyer’s Shipping Address
Local Courier’s ETA of packages shipped from Metro Manila to within Metro Manila will usually take around three to four days after pick-up of parcels from our Shop’s Address while Provincial Shipping of Packages usually delivered within five to seven days.
Please take note that Local Courier’s ETA also does not include the sorting/packing time of your orders. Sorting and Packing each of your orders will take one to two weeks depending on how many orders/ items we need to inspect/ sort/ pack and ship at the time. We really need to sort and inspect all items to make sure your items came in very good condition and for us to deliver them to you in their best state. That’s why we really need your cooperation, understanding and patience during these times. Please wait patiently and don’t rush us. We will ship your orders as soon as we finished inspecting, sorting and packing all of them and we assure you that you will get your hands on your items at the earliest possible.
Buyers can also opt for Express/ Same-Day-Delivery by booking of pickup via Grab, Lalamove, Angkas or any other delivery courier available/ preferred by the buyer. Booking and Shipping fee for this mode of delivery is shouldered and paid by the buyer directly to the courier’s rider upon delivery to the buyer’s address. Please note that only the local shipping fee will be paid to the courier/rider. Payment for ordered items should still be paid first to us on or before the payment deadline of the GO you’re in.
SBPH shall not be held liable for any delays, loss and damages caused by the local couriers. Please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control. Also, please keep in mind that as a buyer, it is your responsibility to provide correct and complete details to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free transaction. However, as your Group Order Managers (GOMs), we are always open to assist you in the best way possible we can.
ORDER FORM
Completely filled-up and submitted Order Form is required to be included in a GO Batch and for your orders to be listed and counted.
Please only fill up the form if you are 110% sure to order. Self-discipline is a must!
Let’s make this simple, kung wala pa sure na pangbayad, huwag muna mag-order. It’s okay, your faves will understand. ☺
Also, please make sure to provide correct and complete details in the order form. We shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, and delivery failure of the local courier due to incorrect/ incomplete details. Please take note we will just copy what you put in the form.
So please, chill lang, ‘wag magmadali sa pag fill-up. ☺
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you submit the Order Form, you will receive an automated email copy of your answers on the order form. Aside from that, you must receive an Order Confirmation Email from us for the summary of all your orders and payment details.
We will send an Order Confirmation Email within 24-48 hours from the time you submitted your Order Form. Payment Form and Master List Links are already included inside your Order Confirmation Email. Fill-up the Payment Form after sending your payment. View the Master List to check/track the status of your orders.

PAYMENTS
Please settle your payment on or before the stated deadline and please pay only through the Modes of Payment we provided.
MODES OF PAYMENTS:
BDO & BPI = Over-the-Counter/Online Mobile Banking Transfer Payment
Cebuana & Palawan Express (not pawnshop) = Remittance Centers
GCash to Gcash & Paymaya = Other allowed Online MOPs
If you will pay aside from the stated MOPs, your payment will not be honored nor claimed nor refunded regardless of how much you sent. If you refused to correct it, your order/s will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the Cancellation Fee. (Please see CANCELLATION OF ORDER conditions stated below).
P.S.: Failed to Pay Cancellation Fee for Cancelled Orders = Bogus Buyer
Please Pay the Exact Total Amount Due only. Excess payment of any amount will not be refunded. If there's any excess, we will allot it for extra packaging and protection of your items. (e.g. additional layers of bubble wraps etc.)
Also, please double-check all the SPELLINGS of the Names of Receiver and Sender to avoid any problems and delays.
PAYMENT EXTENSION
We offer Payment Extension with Extension Fee for those who can’t pay on time provided that they should have informed us a day (‘til 10pm only) or three days before the deadline of payment.
We repeat, a day (‘til 10pm only) or three days before payment deadline. If you’d just inform us on the day of Payment Deadline itself, sorry we will not accept it, your only option is to cancel your order and pay the Cancellation Fee. (Please see Cancellation of Order conditions stated below).
Example:
Deadline of Payment (DOP): January 30
Buyers should inform us at least by: January 27 until 10pm of January 29
Informing us for Payment Extension on January 29 (a day before DOP) @ 9:59pm: Accepted
Informing us for Payment Extension on January 30 (DOP itself) @ 12:00am: Not Accepted
Buyers who will ask for payment extension will be charged PHP 50 per day. Counting of Extension will start automatically after the date of payment deadline. Maximum of seven days extension only. After that, no more extensions allowed.
Example:
Deadline of Payment (DOP): January 30
Payment Extension (max seven days): Buyer should pay on or before February 6
A.) If the buyer paid on January 31
Total Order Amount Due + PHP 50pesos only (1day) = New Total Payment should be sent
Total Order Amount Due = PHP 1,500
Payment Extension Fee = PHP 50 (1day)
New Total Payment should be sent = PHP 1,550.00
B.) If the buyer paid on February 6
Total Order Amount Due + PHP 350 (7days) = New Total Payment should be sent
Total Order Amount Due = PHP 1,500
Payment Extension Fee = PHP 350 (7day)
New Total Payment should be sent = PHP 1,850.00
If you still failed to pay within the given extension, your only option is to cancel your order with cancellation fee. You can no longer request an extension for your already extended payment deadline. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will be tagged as a Bogus Buyer. (Please see CANCELLATION OF ORDER conditions stated below).
P.S.: No Payment = No Order Processing
Cancellation of Order WITHOUT PAYING a Cancellation Fee = BOGUS BUYER
We encourage you to pay the EXACT Amount only. Any excess payment of any amount will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT:
Please be reminded that there's no refund for orders with required downpayment regardless of how much you paid unless items are sold out / out of stock.
Therefore, if you cancel your order but the item is still available and already ordered, we will not issue any refund.
But if the item you ordered is out of stock or sold out, we will issue refund.

LATE PAYMENTS
If you will send your payment late, there will be Late Payment Fees. PHP 50/day. This will be added and should be paid together with your Total Amount Due.
INSTRUCTION FOR SENDING RECEIPTS/ PROOF OF PAYMENTS
Please follow these instructions. We will not acknowledge your payment if you failed to follow. This is to protect both seller and buyer and for a hassle-free transaction.
For Online Payments:
Please don’t forget to put your LAST NAME and ORDER NUMBER on the note/remarks before confirming payment transfer.

After sending payment, please don’t forget to take a screenshot showing that your payment has been sent/successfully transferred as this will serve as your proof of payment.
For Over-the-Counter Transactions at Bank/Bank Deposits:
Please write your WHOLE NAME and ORDER NUMBER on the receipt itself. Strictly HANDWRITTEN.

After writing your whole name and order number, please take a clear and full photo of your whole receipt as this will serve as your proof of payment.
For Remittance Centers:

After payment, we highly suggest to send your Proof of Payment right away by filing up the Payment Form.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We allow Cancellation of Order with Cancellation Fee provided that you should inform us on or before the deadline of payment. Cancellation Fee is PHP 150 per order form sent.
We repeat, cancellation fee will be applied to each order form sent. Not per item. You only have until the date of payment deadline of the item’s GO you’re under in to inform us that you will cancel your order. If you’d cancel your orders after the deadline of payment (DOP), sorry, we will not acknowledge it, you are already considered by default as a Bogus Buyer.
Example:
You sent an Order Form for Artist A Album and you sent an Order Form for Artist B Lightstick then you request to cancel both of them. DOP for both GO is on January 20.
A.) If you informed us on January 19 – we will allow it
B.) If you informed us on January 20 – we will allow it
Cancellation for Artist A Album Order = PHP 150
Cancellation for Artist B Lightstick Order = PHP 150
Total Cancellation Fee to be Paid by Buyer = PHP 300
C.) If you informed us on January 21 or so– we will not acknowledge it, you’re already considered by default as a Bogus Buyer.
Deadline of Cancellation Fee Payment
Cancellation Fee should be paid ASAP or just until a day (24 hours) after payment deadline of the GO you’re under in.
Example:
GO’s Deadline of Payment (DOP): January 20
Cancellation Fee Payment Deadline: Until January 21 only
Please Follow Instruction for Sending Receipts/ Proof of Payments stated above.
-If you will inform us early that you want to cancel your order AND if you’ll pay the cancellation fee on time, you will not be posted as a Bogus Buyer and you may still order on our shop in the future.
-If you informed us late which is after the date of payment deadline, sorry, we really won’t acknowledge it and you will be posted as a Bogus Buyer.
-Failure to pay the Cancellation Fee will automatically include you to the list of Bogus Buyers that we will post and will be blacklisted in our shop.
P.S.: Failed to Pay Cancellation Fee for Cancelled Orders = Bogus Buyer

OUT OF STOCK / SOLD OUT
In case the item you ordered is out of stock / sold out, you have three options:
1. Refund
-Refund via Bank Transfer is highly suggested.
(Payment will be refunded in full if via BPI with QR Code).
-For refund via Remittance Centers/GCash/Paymaya, or via Bank without QR Code, transaction fee in remittance/for sending back your payment will be deducted to your total sent payment.
Example:
Payment Sent by the Buyer: PHP 1500.00
(REFUND via Cebuana) Remittance Fee for 1k-1.5k: PHP 45.00
PHP 1500 – 45 = 1,455.00
New Total Amount to be received by the Buyer: PHP 1,455.00
2. Change Order
-If you opt to just change your order, please reply your new order to your Order Confirmation Email. Please note that we will only allow changing of orders if your first/primary order is out of stock. If not, we will not allow it.
-If your new total amount due is lesser than the payment you already sent, you may ask a refund for the excess. (Please see refund conditions stated above).
-If in case your new total amount due is higher than your previous sent payment, you are required to settle the new remaining balance until the Deadline of Payment (DOP) on the new GO you’re under in.
-After payment, we suggest to fill up the payment form right away. Please don’t forget to put on the note/remarks that you’ve already sent a payment before and this payment is just for the remaining balance incurred due to changing of order.
3. Wait for Restock
-If you opt to wait for the restock of your order, we assure you that your payment is in safe hands. However, please take note that we have no assurance for the restock of items as it is under the Artist’s Company/KR Stores and therefore cannot guarantee you that they will restock it.
BOGUS BUYERS
Refers to those people who sends an Order Form then…
a.) go Missing in Action aka MIA
-They completely forgot or chose to forget their orders after sending their Order Form. We cannot contact them/ cannot be reached/ don’t respond to any of our messages. Worse is they will block us/defame or badmouth us and the shop.
b.) sends Fake Receipts
-They will “pay’ their orders then will fill-up and submit the Payment Form. But the thing is, the Proof of Payment they sent to us is FAKE or EDITED. They will still insist that they sent “their payment” even if it’s already proven and verified that they sent a fake one.
c.) cancels orders but failed to pay the cancellation fee
-They asked for the cancellation of their orders and we allowed them. But the thing is they don’t want to pay a cancellation fee or they forgot to settle their cancellation fee within 24 hours after the given DOP.
-They asked for a payment extension and we allowed them. But they still failed to pay within the extension given to them. Their only option then is to cancel their orders with cancellation fee but then they don’t want to pay the cancellation fee/forgot to settle it within 24 hours after the given DOP.
CHANGING OF DETAILS
We allow changing of details just please inform us immediately. For changing of details, especially shipping address, kindly reply it to your Order Confirmation Email. We will not accept changing of details anymore once the items arrived in our PH address. So please double check everything you put in the Order Form before you submit it.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ MANUFACTURER/FACTORY DEFECTS
SBPH shall not be held liable for any loss, delays and damages caused by the international and local courier while packages are in transit and any other unforeseen circumstances that cannot be controlled.
In case the items are evidently damaged due to local couriers fault, we can assist you to file a complaint to courier’s company. If your filed complaint will be successfully heard and answered, hopefully, the courier will pay you back the value you declared on your items. This is why we highly suggest buyers to put insurance on your package and choose the right amount of your items on the declared value section/ question on the order form.
SBPH shall also not be held accountable for any manufacturer/factory defects such as missing photo cards, double photo books, no CD attached on album, light stick button not functioning or any other defects/ missing items/ inclusions that falls under this especially if the item was shipped and received completely intact and sealed. Please understand that such cases are not under our shop’s control. Thus, we cannot refund nor exchange your items for any of these reasons.
COMPLAINTS/RECEIVED INCOMPLETE ORDER/REPLACEMENT/REFUND
For these cases, please send us an unboxing VIDEO. The Video should clearly show you unboxing your package right from the sealed courier’s pouch, down to the bubble wraps up to the actual item and its inclusion/s inside. This video should be shot in one take- from beginning to end- from the sealed courier’s pouch up to the finally opened item/product itself and its inclusions. Meaning, there should be no cut/s seen all throughout the video. Clearly, this video should be in raw format and not edited. This is to show that you indeed received an incomplete/ wrong order/ damaged items and also for the protection of both of us, the shop/seller and the customer. Failure to do so will result for your complaint to be invalid.
We repeat, an unboxing VIDEO should be submitted. Photo alone will not be accepted.
Please email your unboxing video to us at [email protected]. Kindly wait for our response as we need time to check/inspect/verify the video especially the item/s shown on the video.
NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND
Again, in case of wrong order delivered/ incomplete versions sent/ order got switched with other buyer, please inform us immediately together with your unboxing video then kindly wait for our response. In order for us to ship your right order/s, please return the received package first before we ship the new package. Shipping fees for returning to us the wrong package received and for the delivery of customer’s right order/s in these cases will all be shouldered by us. But then again,
NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND
APPROVAL OF REFUND/ RETURN AND EXCHANGE/ REPLACEMENT REQUEST
All items that you wished to be refunded/returned and/or exchanged will be carefully inspected by us before we approve your request. All product inclusions such as labels, tags, wraps, stickers and outer packaging/ outbox should be kept and completely intact. SBPH has the right to deny refund/returns and/or exchange of items due to any trace of usage, tampered stickers/removal of labels and tags, or deterioration/ disposal of product box/ outbox or inside wrapping. And again,
NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/REFUND
If in case the buyer asks for a refund or requests an item to be returned because the item/s failed to reach his/her standards/ not into his/her liking/ change of mind, sorry, we will not approve your request/s just for these reasons or any other reasons similar to them. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to read, understand and check all the details and description of each products and their inclusions. Please see to it that you’re 100% sure about ordering the product/s before placing an order.
Also, if a buyer asks for a refund/return/exchange of an item because the outer box of the product has scratches/small dents or discoloration, sorry, we will also not approve your request for any of those reasons. Please keep in mind that outbox/ outer box is made for protecting the goods/ the main item that’s why it can’t be the reason for a refund/return and/or exchange.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We won’t allow combined shipping if one of the item’s ETA is different/far from the ETA of the other. However, if you ordered available on-hand items and opt for same day pickup and delivery via Grab/Lalamove/Angkas/other preferred courier, combined shipping will be allowed.
CUSTOMERS WITH BALANCE AND UNCLAIMED ITEMS
For customers who joined a GO with a required down payment, please settle your remaining balance on or before the stated deadline. If you failed to send your payment on or before the given deadline for your unpaid balance, we will automatically assume that you are no longer interested in claiming your items. Therefore, no refund will be issued to you regardless of how much you already paid and you will also lose the right to request for the shipment of those items and you will be posted and added to the list of names who are already blacklisted in our shop. Those unclaimed merch/items that you failed to claim will be made available to other customers.
RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES FROM LOCAL COURIER
Packages failed to receive by the buyer upon delivery to their provided shipping address will be returned to us, in our address. In these cases, buyers will be asked to send a payment for shipping fee again in order for us to ship again their items. To avoid this, please make sure to put correct and complete shipping address. You may include landmarks if you think it will help local couriers/ riders to easily find your exact location. Please also make sure to put your most active contact number so couriers/riders can contact you when they deliver your parcel.

How To Order

STEP 1
Check our posts on our Twitter or Instagram account. For easy browsing and shopping, search the hashtags #SBPH_AddToBucket to check our ongoing GOs and #SBPH_BucketList to know our upcoming GOs.
STEP 2
Read all the details about the product and its inclusions. Fill-up and submit the order form for your chosen item.
Wait for your Order Confirmation Email to be sent to your email address. Please make sure to provide true, correct and complete details. Kindly double check your order form before submitting.
STEP 3
Once you received your Order Confirmation, you may now settle your payment. Please pay on or before the given deadline.
STEP 4
After Payment, please fill up the Payment Form right away. Please make sure to follow payment instructions stated on your order confirmation email.
After you submit your payment form, please wait for the Payment Confirmation Email to make sure your payment has been received and recorded. You may then view the status of your order on the Master List. Link for the Master List is also stated on your Order Confirmation Email.
STEP 5
Once you received your Payment Confirmation Email, you're now all set! Just sit back, relax and wait for your items to arrive at your doorstep. ♥

Q: What do you mean by ALL-IN Price + Local SF?
A: All-In Price means International and other fees/tax are already included on the price stated. Local Shipping Fee na lang po ang idadagdag. Local SF is the shipping fee from SBPH's location to your house. ♥ No more additional payments for Int'l Fees po kaya tawag All-In na. ☺
Q: May gusto po akong orderin na item pero wala po kayong GO for that, pwede po ba magrequest?
A: Please don't hesitate to message us. Message niyo lang po kami kung ano po yung item, we will check the item first then we'll decide if kaya po namin maaccomodate yung pabili request or open a GO for that item. ☺
Q: Magkano po Shipping Fee?
A: Shipping Fee may vary depends on the item/weight of the items to be shipped and the receiver's location. For Metro Manila, PHP 100 is the SF base price for very light items like photocards or postcards while for Provincial, Luzon SF starts at PHP 160 , Vis SF at PHP 170 and Min SF at PHP 180, also for very light items such as photocards or postcards. We ship via Sonic Express for Metro Manila and JRS Express for Provincial. If within MM po, pwede din po kayo mag opt delivery via Grab/ Lalamove/ Angkas or other preferred courier.
